<h3>Project515: Office Outlook </h3><p>Technology and new workplace cultures were reshaping the development of office space long before the coronavirus pandemic. But then remote working completely shook up the ways businesses are using – or not using – office space. In this discussion, we’ll talk to experts about the outlook for office vacancies and how this might affect the larger business ecosystem, particularly in downtown. The series has a goal of illuminating future challenges and trends, while amplifying discussions with the region’s key stakeholders that do business directly in the sectors and with those business leaders dependent on the health and vitality of the real estate industry for a strong and growing community.
