Invitation for Community input for the Cardiovascular Health and Diabetes 2030 Plan for all Minnesotans

NOTE THIS SESSION HAS CHANGED FROM IN-PERSON TO VIRTUAL. We have been monitoring the spread of COVID-19 in the community. In order to prioritize the safety of our community members we have decided to move this in-person meeting to a virtual one. We hope you will be able to join us virtually. The Minnesota Department of Health and community partners are in the process of creating the first joint Cardiovascular Health and Diabetes 2030 Statewide Plan for Minnesota. This plan prioritizes community input by ensuring your insight will be a core part of how the plan is created and implemented. People from your organization are invited to participate in the co-creation of this new approach to addressing heart disease, stroke, and diabetes in Minnesota communities.
