Everyone can benefit from Kundalini Yoga, it is an ancient technology that works quickly to give you balance, the ability to remain calm and collected through life’s challenges, while feeling more vibrant and alive. You will gain new perspectives and capacities, as well as habits that support a healthy lifestyle. In a Kundalini Yoga class you can expect a melding of yogic tradition with modern science. Classes include a set of exercises, breathing techniques, meditation and chanting, and a generous savasana for full body integration. No previous yoga experience is required for you to attain results with your very first class. Suitable for anybody and ANY BODY at any level. Class is $20 drop in or 10 classes for $150 Gather your yoga mat, pillow, blanket /shawl and water bottle.
