Due to COVID 19, the Grand Open House for Heritage Point was postponed, however, it&#x27;s time to celebrate! Please join us as we introduce Heritage Point, a 42 unit, 4 story affordable housing complex completed in 2019, located at 1540 Fred Jackson Way in Richmond, California. Sponsored through the collaborative efforts with Contra Costa County, Contra Costa County Housing Authority, and North Richmond Municipal Advisory Council, this project was more than 5 years in the making. Heritage Point, an approximately 60,000 square foot complex, will help to increase the social and economic value of our community and was the first multifamily housing development in North Richmond in approximately 15 years. We are proud of Heritage Point, which includes 12 one bedroom, one bath units, 17 two bedroom, 1 bath units, and 13 three bedroom, 2 bath units, including mobility accessible units, and are ready to celebrate it&#x27;s impact to our North Richmond community.Please join us on July 20, 2021 at 11:00 AM!
