We took our two favorite things, fitness and beer and made it a repeating social event for you to enjoy. Our sessions vary and are full body, so you  get the biggest bang for your buck! Join us for more than a workout, grab a brew and make new friends!

We promise to do more than JUST<a href="https://dcbc.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"></a><a href="https://dcbc.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"></a> burpees and to make this an inclusive event! We use bodyweight HIIT, Tabata and a variety of training methods to help you earn your beer! These workouts are challenging but can be modified for your fitness level. Join our community for a brew and make some new friends along the way.

Important note: We abide by all business and Covid related protocols including mask wearing when required. When our event is outside, a mask will not be necessary. For the safety of our community and other brewery goers, we require participants to be vaccinated against Covid-19.
