Not one bit. Wellness Through Art is designed to take you through a seven step process of self discovery. Art techniques are not required.

What kind of art supplies will I need?

A link will be sent to you with your confirmation email. You can purchase what you need prior to the event. Some items you may already have around your house.

I'm already an artist, why would I want to do Wellness Through Art?

As an artist you enjoy all the wonderful techniques of art, but in Wellness Through Art is more about how to let your emotions and the unknown parts of you show up to the canvas than it is about art. Plus you get to make new friends.

What can I expect from a  Wellness Through Art experience?

Expect to feel more connection with yourself and other women, even for those who feel difficulty having female friendships. Wellness Through Art is an experience like no other and it's different each time you go through it because you're in a different healing state.

You will need one 16x20" canvas
Basic set of acrylic paints plus raw sienna
1 medium sized brush, 1 small square brush, 1 small round brush
Matte medium

Who is this event for?

Accepted Answer

For women in any stage in life, but in menopause we are ready to reconnect with ourselves through creativity. No art skills needed—just a heart open to healing, expression, and transformation.

Can I use a medium other than acrylics?

Accepted Answer

No, for the specific process we are doing in this event, acrylics are necessary.
 
We love all mediums but acrylics offer a quick dry time and ability to build up layers that we need.

What if I have to miss a class?

We will record each session. If you miss anything, you can watch the recording afterwards.
 
We do not offer refunds  because you will receive the call recordings.
