Full Moon Yoga - 8PM
Join us for an energizing and grounding evening of movement and mindfulness beneath the stars. This one-hour all-levels yoga class is led by certified yoga teacher and personal trainer Brit Lukas, and is designed to help you connect with the lunar cycle through breath, flow, and intention-setting.
Whether you're letting go of what no longer serves you or manifesting something new, this soulful session will leave you feeling restored and radiant.
