<p>A sanctuary is a place of safety, refuge, and protection. It provides comfort and tranquility. That's what poetry is for many of us. At the Sanctuary, you will hear from poets of all walks of life. They each will have one thing in common - a love for spoken word. Whether this is your first poetry event or your tenth, you will leave fed and inspired. Despite everyting going on in the world, you can find refuge and safety at The Sanctuary. </p>
