Question 1

How does speed dating work in St. Petersburg?

Accepted Answer

At a DateFaster speed dating event in St. Petersburg, you’ll have 6-8+ mini-dates, each lasting 5-7 minutes. You’ll sit across from someone, chat, then rotate when the bell rings. After the event, you’ll mark who you’d like to see again on your scorecard, and we’ll send you your mutual matches within 24 hours!

Question 2

What age group is this St. Petersburg speed dating event for?

Accepted Answer

This speed dating event in St. Petersburg is designed for singles ages 24-39. We carefully curate our events by age group to ensure you’re meeting people in a similar life stage. Valid ID is required at check-in.

Question 3

How many people will I meet?

Accepted Answer

You’ll meet between 6 and 8+ singles at each speed dating event. We keep our events at the perfect size — large enough to meet great people, small enough to feel personal and fun.

Question 4

What should I wear to speed dating?

Accepted Answer

Smart casual is the way to go! Think date-night-out vibes. You want to look and feel your best, but there’s no need to be overly formal. Jeans and a nice top work great.

Question 5

What if I’m shy or nervous about speed dating?

Accepted Answer

Totally normal! Most of our guests feel the same way before their first event. Our professional hosts are there to break the ice, keep things fun, and make sure everyone feels comfortable. You’ll be surprised how quickly the nerves disappear once the dates start!

Question 6

How do I get my matches after the event?

Accepted Answer

After the event, you’ll submit your scorecard (or we’ll collect it at the event). We process mutual matches and send results to your email within 24 hours. If two people both say “yes” to each other — it’s a match!

Question 7

Can I come with friends to speed dating?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! Many people bring a friend for moral support. You’ll be seated separately during the speed dates, but you can hang out together before and after. It’s a great group activity!

Question 8

What’s the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

All ticket sales are final — no refunds. However, if you can’t make it, you can transfer your ticket to a friend. Just email us at hello@datefaster.com with the details.
