Healing from organizational trauma is a process, and there are steps and tools for effective intervention. Too often, trauma remains undiagnosed, even as it causes burnout, conflict, poor service, and other symptoms of troubled organizations. This interactive workshop will prove an invaluable resource for leaders and organizational members who care deeply about the cultures, wellness, and resilience of the systems for which they are responsible.Before registering- PLEASE NOTE: This is an interactive program harnessing the full participation and presence of the participants. Presence means participants will be asked to limit distractions and use of digital devices during the session. Registrants must be able to attend the entire 3-hours of the program. Free parking is available onsite and the host building at Thistle Farms is ADA compliant.
