This is an experimental meditative playground where the overall experience is relaxed in nature, but very often leads to profound moments. It includes group sharing, new meditation styles, new soundbath instruments, yoga nidra, incense, reiki, chanting, mantra, qigong, toning, singing, humming, pranayama, and who knows what else. There’s always something new. All of this being explored, practiced, and workshopped for future events.Together, we’ll experience the healing power of sound, breathwork, meditation, energy work, and heartfelt connection.
