Join us for The Ultimate Gameday Pizza Party hosted by ALB & Convino Board! Learn to make two winning lamb pizzas perfect for tailgates!

Hey PIZZA LOVERS! Get ready to make not one, but TWO pizzas with me in our upcoming cooking class. These pizzas are easy to make with simple ingredients and jam packed with flavor. We will be using American Lamb to make both of them and they are sure to be a hit at your next pizza night, dinner party or for game day!To prepare for the event, here is what you will need:Lamb Ingredients:<ul><li>2 lb ground American lamb</li><li>2-4 cloves of garlic minced</li><li>onion powder</li><li>dried oregano</li><li>smoked paprika (optional)</li><li>red pepper flakes (optional if you want it spicy)</li><li>1-2 tbsp olive oil</li></ul>Pizza one:<ul><li>Pizza dough (I will be using one package of store bought dough)</li><li>1 1/2 cups freshly shredded mozzarella cheese</li><li>1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese</li><li>1/2 cup kalamata olives pitted and sliced</li><li>1/2 red onion</li><li>1 jarred roasted red peppers (you can buy this already made at the store!) or 1 fresh red pepper</li><li>fresh dill or mint (garnish)</li><li>tzatziki (optional- for dipping afterwards if you'd like!)</li></ul>Pizza two:<ul><li>Pizza dough (I will be using one package of store bought dough)</li><li>1 jar of pesto or tomato sauce</li><li>1 cup freshly shredded mozzarella cheese</li><li>6 oz goat cheese (optional if you like it)</li><li>1 cup of diced roma tomatoes or cherry tomatoes</li><li>fresh mint &amp; parsley</li></ul>What you need to do to prepare for the event:- heat your oven to 400 F- have out all your ingredients- we will be going through step by step how to make the ground lamb and pizzas togetherWhat you will need:- baking sheet- cooking pan- cutting board- knife
