Empower your journey with compassionate guidance, unlocking potential and turning life's challenges into opportunities for growth.Grief Support Groups: Grieving is always difficult. Whether it's through the death of a loved one, a mass community tragedy, or other life-altering loss, grief is a common experience for all humankind. While no two experiences are the same, there is a shared experience of loss. Gathering in a group allows people who are early in their journey to connect with those who are further along.Hope and Wellness Workshops: they are presented within the community to expand on topics related to grief expression and wellness throughout the year by our trained facilitators, along with other professionals of various holistic and artistic skills, offering resilient tools and guidance.Mindful Healing Circles: Our will be offered in a 4-week format as an online support group. Healing, uniquely connected in a supportive way is the focus.  Participants will learn relaxation techniques, how to cultivate present moment awareness, and guided meditations.
