What should I wear?

Our theme is Desert Bloom, so dress for desert style! Cowboy hats, boots, desert boho, denim, trucker caps, fringe, or your version of western fabulous—it’s all welcome. It’s not formal, just festive.

Can I bring my kids?

This event is designed for adults only. We won’t have accommodations for children, so we kindly ask that guests arrange for childcare if they plan to attend.

Question 3

Will there be food and drinks?

Absolutely. Food vendors will be serving up tamales, pizza, burgers, and more from some of the Morongo Basin’s best local spots. Beer and wine will also be available for purchase.

What’s included in the ticket price?

Each $65 ticket includes access to the event, live music from Los Poncho Tones and guests, inspiring presentations, and plenty of good food and fun. Auction participation is optional (but highly encouraged)!

Is the event accessible?

Yes. The venue is wheelchair accessible, and we’re happy to accommodate other needs with advance notice. Please contact us if you have specific accessibility requests.

Question 6

Where do the funds go?

Funds raised go directly to the Boys & Girls Club of the Hi-Desert and help support our year-round programs for youth ages 5–18. These include academic support, meals, mentorship, and enrichment activities.

Question 7

How is the Club funded?

We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that is not funded by the school district or state/local government. We rely entirely on private grants, community sponsorships, and individual donations to operate. Events like this gala are critical to keeping our doors open and our programs strong.

Is my ticket or donation tax-deductible?

Yes. All donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. Our Tax ID is 95-3766860. Sponsorship and donation receipts are available upon request.
