All-levels friendly yoga class designed for prenatal and postnatal women (pregnant and post-partum)

Specifically designed for the ever changing pre and postnatal body, this class offers a welcoming space for flow and connection. Move your body while connecting with other women in a safe, comfortable and supportive environment. We will focus on movements/ techniques that can be supportive during pregnancy, birth and postpartum. This class is open to all perinatal women, no prior yoga experience required. About The Movement Loft: The lofted boutique studio is home to dance, yoga, meditation classes and wellness events. With the mission to build community around movement, The Movement Loft is a unique experiential-based wellness studio. CANCELLATION POLICY:Refunds for this workshop are not available. No-shows and missed appointments are not eligible for refund or credits. Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable. Credits will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
