During this inspiring and empowering dance workshop, you&#x27;ll be guided through the basics of belly dance - learning technique and basic choreography. You&#x27;ll explore movements throughout the body in a safe, uplifting environment. About Belly Dance: Belly dance is fun and challenging and accessible to all body types and all ages. It is a sensual dance that inspires feelings of confidence and it is a very communal dance built around a supportive learning environment.About Jennah: Jennah is a professional dancer and performer. She fell in love with the art of belly dance more than 15 years ago, and has been a professional performer since 2010. Her goal is to inspire participants to explore the satisfaction of movement and learn new techniques for connecting mind and body. About The Movement Loft: The lofted boutique studio is home to dance, yoga, meditation classes and wellness events. With the mission to build community around movement, The Movement Loft is a unique experiential-based wellness studio. CANCELLATION POLICY:Refunds for this workshop are not available. No-shows and missed appointments are not eligible for refund or credits. Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable. Credits will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
