How long is the sound bath?

Sessions are usually about one hour. Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early to get settled.

What happens during a sound bath?

You’ll rest comfortably (lying down or seated) while being immersed in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gong, and other instruments. Most people experience deep relaxation, calm, and a reset for the nervous system.

Do I need prior experience?

Not at all! Sound baths are open to everyone—just bring yourself and an open mind.
