Have you struggled with feeling like you know you are supposed to do more with your life but aren't doing it? Do you hold on to guilt, shame, or unworthiness....which blocks you from experiencing passion and purpose in your life? Do you feel stiff, stuck, or stagnant in the most important areas of your life? Are you tired of "knowing" it all but not being able to embody it? Or having powerful out of body experiences, but not being able to pull that into your every day life to make impactful changes? Are you more than ready to lose the old, limiting stories and step into the empowered version of you that you were always meant to be? If you answered yes to any of those questions, then this workshop is for you!What most people don't realize is that your first chakra energy is very much connected to all areas of your life. It is the "root" of the entire chakra system and your foundation to build upon. That is where we hold on to and carry the very dense emotions that block us from the flow of life. That life force energy cannot move through you if these lower energy centers are blocked. In the same means, if you are always focused on the upper chakras and trying to avoid being in your body, you can struggle with not being able to embody who you were truly meant to be and find constant struggle in your life. By unlocking and allowing this energy in your first chakra to move, you are unlocking your access to not only pleasure in all forms, but abundance, confidence, worthiness, trust, wisdom, and self love. Ultimately, a life of passion and purpose. An embodiment of your Empowered Self. In this one day workshop, you will learn exactly what dense energies you have been holding onto in your first center, why you don't feel safe to let go, what it takes to balance all the chakras, releasing and letting the old self "die", gain clarity on the empowered person that you want to show up as, and a guide to implement the changes into your every day life.I will show you how breathwork is the key to opening your energy centers to release years of trauma that have been stored there. We will go through two, very intense breathwork meditations to let go of the old and bring in the new.We will go deep!!!In the last couple years of my own personal journey of discovering the power of breathwork and embodying the energy, I have had so many people reach out to me asking the same questions I had previously asked myself. They were sharing with me that they can go really far "out" in meditation, but can't seem to make changes in their lives, or that they are afraid of losing control, or that they feel like their first center chakra is blocked and they aren't able to move any energy. Because I had gone through this myself, I knew I had to share my wisdom with so many that are struggling with these very same issues.What I came to realize and what you will come to realize in this one day workshop may surprise you....This workshop is for you if you are familiar with any kind of breathwork and/or meditation practice, you are fully committed and ready to release shame, blockages, lack, unworthiness, and any other emotion that no longer serves you, or you are frustrated with your meditation practice and not moving energy.This workshop is NOT for you if you have no concepts of meditation or breathwork or are not ready to move into the next, empowered stage of your life! We have created a very loving and safe space for every person to go all in, if they are ready.You will walk away from this workshop with 3 breathwork meditations you can practice on your own, your own personal guide to follow every day to keep your energy flowing, a link to watch the recording of the event for 30 days after the event, a specially created breathwork track to use after the workshop to be able to continue embodying your new energy, and a follow up zoom call 3 days after the event for follow up support.*There will be a light catered lunch available halfway through the workshop, but it is recommended that you eat very lightly on the day of the workshop so it won't be anything heavy. If you prefer to bring your own food, please remember to eat lightly.*It is also recommended that you bring eye shades, a journal, water, and anything you need to lay comfortably on the floor during the breathwork meditations.
