Eclipses help us understand what needs to be released, and what wants to develop, specifically in relationship to lunar intelligence— the emotional body. Fall is connected to maturity, water, and the emotional body. We will interact with the internal and external waters to understand our sense of cyclic maturation and the movements of the Sun and the Moon.Come as you are! Have a comfortable space to move and drawing and writing materials on hand.To get the most out of this online class, please prepare a comfortable space to move in with access to your online device and reliable internet service. If you are using a handheld device, such as a pad or phone, please be sure to use a stand for your device so that it is held securely in place. You will want to have your hands free and be able to move freely and safely during movement exercises without worrying about your device falling. She is the founder of Heart Marrow, LLC, and an onboarding faculty member at the Hermes-Hestia Center.
