Do I need to bring my Eventbrite ticket to the event?

Accepted Answer

No. Once you have registered through Eventbrite, you are on the list! No need to remember your ticket.

Is West Bowles accessible for people with disabilities?

Yes, the event is held on the lower level of the church with an entrance ramp.

Will there be childcare?

The Autumn Jubilee is geared toward ages 16+ and childcare will not be provided. Our hope is for you to take some kid-free time to engage fully with Love INC and enjoy the evening festivities.

How do I pay for the activities?

Each of the ministry booths will host free activities for all guests. The separate fundraising activities will be available for purchase during the actual event.

Love INC is able to accept cash, check, or card payments at the event.

What should I wear?

Come as you are! We do recommend comfortable footwear as you'll visit multiple booths. And bright, festive colors in honor of the celebration are welcome (but not required).
