Everyone has a story to tell. If someone asked you to share a story about your life, what would you say? Stories bind us together and sometimes separate us, but they are always found at the root of our common humanity and usually support our actions to build strong and vibrant communities for ourselves and our children.The Sharon Pluralism Network is beginning a multi-year/multi-event program, designed to give all of us who live, work or worship in Sharon an opportunity to share our personal stories with one another, on a one-on-one or small group basis. As a model, we will use well-regarded programs such as StoryCorps and the Human Library Project.Our goals are threefold. 1) to build and strengthen our relationships; 2) to develop skills of deep listening and respect; 3) to increase trust, compassion, empathy, and openness.Don't miss out on this opportunity to share, listen, and grow together!AGENDA:1.
