Friends of Netarts Bay Watershed Estuary Beach and Sea (WEBS) is dedicated to sustaining the area surrounding Netarts Bay through education and stewardship. WEBS staff and volunteers are knowledgable nature guides and interpreters offering free adventures to help you fall in love with and take care of this beautiful section of the Oregon Coast.

****PLEASE NOTE: THIS PLATFORM IS TO SUBMIT A REQUEST TO JOIN THE TOUR. SPOTS ARE CONFIRMED AFTER KAYAK TILLAMOOK REVIEWS YOUR REQUEST. ****Join an amazing journey to see the abundant marine life, aquatic plants, and algae within Netarts Bay. We will explore the channels and mudflats within the estuary as we search for aquatic wildlife.While this adventure is full of wonder, it is no easy float, and it isn't for the timid! On the return trip, we will be paddling against both an incoming tidal current and a Northwest headwind. If you are up for a challenge, this is the trip for you. The journey may involve short portages and using teamwork to carry the kayaks with us.HOW TO SIGN UP: Please click on the 'register' button and submit a spot request. Your registration will be reviewed by Kayak Tillamook County before your registration is confirmed. Spots are secured on a first-come, first-served basis.Bringing someone else? A separate registration is required for each participant, so that Kayak Tillamook has the info they need for their safety review.Restrictions: Children under 16 yrs. and people with serious medical conditions are not allowed on this trip. Anyone under 90 lbs. or over 230 lbs. should notify us during registration to ensure we have the proper gear.Where: Netarts Bay area. Tax-exempt donations to Friends Netarts Bay WEBS are highly encouraged, but not required.Friends of Netarts Bay WEBS is committed to reducing the financial barrier of outdoor recreation by offering our events and programs at no cost to participants.
