Espronceda – founded 2013 in Barcelona – is an innovative and contemporary art center, exhibition and work space. Espronceda provides a platform and multi-disciplinary environment for artists, curators, and everybody else who believes in the importance of art, culture and education for more creativity and a better World. Espronceda fosters established and aspiring international artists to develop their work and creativity, and to spread their inspiration beyond their physical stay in the space.

ESPRONCEDA - Institute of Art &amp; Culture se complace en dar la bienvenida a la cuarta edición del NewImages Festival. La experiencia es una creación inmersiva en el sentido más amplio de la palabra y sus múltiples acepciones. Espronceda os invita a una inmersión fantástica al otro lado del espejo, donde los visitantes están el centro de la experiencia.¿Alguna vez has visitado un museo virtualmente? ¿Has usado ya unas gafas realidad virtual? En cualquier caso os recomendamos esta completa experiencia inmersiva e interactiva. Disponemos de seis estaciones de VR preparadas para visitar esta impresionante exhibición de NewImages donde se pueden visitar distintas salas y obras en un espacio virtual con un diseño y unos acabados
Ayer, el Festival Newlmages fue pionero en el ámbito de la realidad virtual. Hoy celebra la XR (realidad aumentada) en toda su diversidad. ¿Y mañana? Mañana vendrán otros formatos, formatos que tal vez aún no seamos capaces de imaginar... Mapping, sonido binaural, ¡y tal vez más por venir!
Reivindicando con orgullo este ADN en constante evolución, el Newlmages Festival se transforma de una edición a otra, moldeándose con diferentes innovaciones para ofrecer cada vez lo mejor de las nuevas formas de narración.
El NewImages Festival es, más que nunca, un lugar para descubrir nuevas perspectivas artísticas y encontrar talentos. Sus fines y objetivos siguen siendo los mismos: pretende difundir las nuevas técnicas y hacer accesibles las nuevas formas de creación, permitiendo que todo el mundo las haga suyas.
