As we all walk this beautiful thing called life, we may lose ourselves to various ailments, people, addictions, vices, so on and so forth. In that, we may have felt like we were inadequate, unworthy, and not able to connect to ourselves or others in the way we would like. How can we rediscover our true authentic self, while reclaiming the parts of self that we have lost along the way? Where we start affirming who we WANT to be and stop letting the past define us, limit us, and keep us small.

I invite you to join us in this intimate group, where we allow ourselves to dig deep in our inner and outer worlds, and find the places calling us to be whole once again. No matter how long you have been on this journey, or how new it may seem, you can make the conscious decision to move into fulfillment. Recovering from unworthiness, addictions, negative self-talk, people-pleasing, codependency, body image, eating disorder, and the list goes on and on. Where we can take the first step forward into unconditionally loving ourselves, so we can heal ourselves to heal the world.

This group has a main focus on recovery, with an emphasis on personal empowerment, mindset shifts, community support, and direct access to me, a holistic recovery specialist! This group is a solution-based group that focuses on where we are going, not where we have been. It is about rewriting our narrative so we can be that loving, compassionate, thriving person again.

The group is held at 5 pm PDT every Thursday, via zoom. This is a free group, and welcome to anyone who is looking for empowerment. Each week you can bring something to be coached on, or we can work on a topic that I have planned. This group's intention is to bring empowerment back into recovery!
