THE SHOWThe Purple Onion is a legendary comedy club in San Francisco that had its heyday in the 1950s and 60s and helped launch the careers of Phyllis Diller, The Smothers Brothers, Lenny Bruce, Woody Allen, and Richard Pryor. Now, a new generation of comedic talent is set to take the stage! From the producers of one of the longest running independent shows in America, comes this comedy tour de force with some of the hottest up and coming acts in the Bay Area! THE VENUEKells Irish Restaurant &amp; Pub in San Francisco offers a warm atmosphere inside an original Barbary Coast building. Oak flooring, some private wood booths and central tables with white table cloths combine to create an extraordinary dining atmosphere. An interesting and unexpected menu with creative flair offers classic Irish and American favorites as well as innovative dishes. THE FINE PRINTCameras and video/audio recording devices are not permitted. All non-headliner shows' lineups are subject to change.
