What should I bring with me?

Accepted Answer

Yoga mats, thin pillows and blankets are provided. Bring your emotional support water bottle and anything else to be comfy laying on a yoga mat (like an additional blanket or, pillow, eye cover). There is a futon available for anyone who would like to use it.

What time can I arrive?

Accepted Answer

Doors open 30 minutes before the event start time. Please come a few minutes early, the soundbath will begin at promptly  at the time stated in the agenda to respect everyone's time.

Are there any accommodations for individuals with mobility challenges?

Accepted Answer

The location is wheelchair accessible. There are seats and a futon available for anyone who would prefer to use it over floor seating.

Question 4

Are there any drinks/snacks available?

Accepted Answer

Water, tea and light snacks available. Donations to the snack bar are appreciated but not expected.
