Mission Statement:French Quarter Festivals, Inc. (FQFI) annually produces three festivals: French Quarter Festival, Satchmo SummerFest, and Christmas New Orleans Style.  FQFI is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization whose mission is to promote the Vieux Carré and the City of New Orleans through high quality special events and activities that showcase the culture and heritage of this unique city, contribute to the economic well being of the community, and instill increased pride in the people of New Orleans.

Satchmo SummerFest  is a 2-day festival dedicated to celebrating the life, legacy and music of New Orleans' native Louis "Satchmo" Armstrong

New Orleans Jazz Museum

Online sales are closed but you can still buy tickets at the door! Ticket Booth opens at 10:30am on event days, tickets at the door are $10. The address of the festival is 400 Esplanade in New Orleans!

The 21st annual Satchmo SummerFest presented by Chevron is a 2-day festival dedicated to celebrating the life, legacy and music of New Orleans&#x27; native Louis &quot;Satchmo&quot; Armstrong. The festival will feature 2 outdoor stages with 20 performances by New Orleans&#x27; most talented musicians, an indoor stage featuring presentations on Armstrong, and 6 of your favorite local restaurants vending all weekend long. Admission to the festival includes access to the many exhibits inside the New Orleans Jazz Museum building. Purchase your tickets now to save time and money! Pre-registered attendees pay $7; Tickets will be available for purchase &quot;at-the-door&quot; for $10. Satchmo SummerFest will operate under the best guidance provided by the city of New Orleans and the CDC in regards to COVID-19.Satchmo SummerFest is a family friendly festival. Children under 12 enter for free.
