ID’s Action Lab Perspectives series premieres with MCA artist Carolina Caycedo hosted by  ID faculty Carlos Teixeira.

To premiere ID’s Action Lab Perspectives series, artist <a href="http://carolinacaycedo.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Carolina Caycedo </a>presents her approach to artmaking and its relevance to design and changemaking, followed by a conversation and Q+A with <a href="https://id.iit.edu/action-lab/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Action Lab</a> director <a href="https://id.iit.edu/people/carlos-teixeira/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Carlos Teixeira</a> and ID student <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/carolina-sc" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Caro Silva</a>. With a focus on decolonization, sustainability, and justice, Carolina uses facilitation and participatory processes to reveal the effects of legacy structures and systems in determining our reality, and demonstrates how we can leverage networks and relationships to build more responsible and cooperative futures.
