Cuddles and Cardio is a fun, energising workout class created by Kuldeep and Chantel. A couple who truly understand how hard it can be for new mums to find time for themselves. Wanting to support others in the same boat, they launched this class to help mums move their bodies, bond with their babies, and feel good without the guilt. The sessions are led by the amazing Siobhan, a highly experienced postnatal fitness instructor whose fun, vibrant, and infectious energy will leave you smiling long after class ends. Expect upbeat music, a great workout tailored for postnatal bodies, and a relaxed social vibe where you can meet other local mums and feel part of a supportive community. It’s self-care, sweat, and snuggles all in one! Free Parking, Easy Buggy access with plenty of space, Lots of transport links, Baby changing and feeding facilities!
