We have curated a collective of proven teachers, facilitators, and spiritual directors to help guide your learning in mindfulness, contemplation, art and action. Click here to join today.</a></p><h2>Love Enneagram Style: A Three-Centered Approach to Accessing Your Human Potential</h2><h3>Domains: Mapping Tools</h3><p>A central goal of enneagram work is to unlock our highest human potential. How can we do that in intimate and social relationships? How can we develop our capacities to love better and expand our ability to receive love more? George Gurdjieff, progenitor of the modern enneagram, introduced a way of approaching love that rests on three centers of energy and intelligence – head, heart and body. </p><p>This 6-week course will begin with a focus on the Body/I center, then move to the Heart/We center, and conclude the inquiry with Head/It/All center. Designed to help us understand the role of our three centers in human relationships, this course will offer strategies to expand the capacities of the head, heart and body centers in service to a life that is more loving, more beautiful and full. </p><p>This potent course will be facilitated by three dynamic teachers: Chris McLaren (Body Type), Niki Pappas (Heart Type) and Adam Clark (Head Type), using the narrative tradition with lectures, small group practices and panel discussions. </p><p>Adam Clark, PhD, Associate Professor of Theology at Xavier University, is committed to the idea that theological education in the twenty-first century must function as a counter-story. One that equips students to read against the grain of the dominant culture and inspires them to live into the Ignatian dictum of going forth “to set the world on fire.” He currently serves as co-chair of Black Theology Group at the American Academy of Religion, actively publishes in the area of black theology and black religion and participates in social justice groups at Xavier and in the Cincinnati area.</p><p>Niki Pappas has been focusing on wellness and spiritual growth for the past 10+ years, following a 20-year career in marketing research. Her endeavors have included certifications for holistic health coaching, yoga, Thai bodywork, and currently, the Enneagram. Niki has been involved with the Hive since May 2018 as an eager class participant, facilitator, cohort guide, and, since May 2020, happy member of the Hive Lead Team. Leading with Enneagram Type 4, Niki is committed to her own inner work and honored to offer and receive presence and compassion in all of her relationships. Niki lives in OTR and is the mother of two amazing young men.</p><p>Chris has gathered a unique set of skills and tools that have the potential to help you make sense of your consciousness journey: over 5 decades as a human, certified in Enneagram, Qigong and Yoga.  After almost 30 years of working as a financial advisor and CFP®, he closed his financial planning firm and now helps people to heal their mind, body and spirit through teaching about the Enneagram, Qigong and Meditation.
