The Goddess Hour is a three part experience series dedicated to MOVEMENT, INNER CONNECTION and SACRAL AWAKENING.

During this, the second experience of the series ( which will take place in person, at a secluded location within the Arnold Arboretum*), we will connect with, and celebrate the Sacral Chakra through a variety of practices that are intended to inspire movement, meditation, reflection and joy. The final experience of this series is on Sunday, August 29. 🧡✨✨The Sacral Chakra is the second of the body’s seven main chakras. This energy center, located about 2 inches below the belly button, is directly connected to your pleasure, passion, creativity, self expression, sensual + sexual energy / power, and relating to both our own emotions and the emotions of others.When the Sacral Chakra is balanced it radiates warmth, a sense of confidence, and generosity. Intimacy takes place with ease, relationships are healthy and one will feel inspired.When the Sacral Chakra is out of balance a person may experience feelings of fear, overwhelm, depression, emotional instability, loss of creativity, and disconnection from their true sexual power.NOTE: This event is open to all, but prioritizes BIPOC bodies &amp; lives.
