The Goddess Hour is a three part experience series dedicated to MOVEMENT, INNER CONNECTION and SACRAL AWAKENING.

During this, the second experience of the series ( which will take place in person, at a secluded location within the Arnold Arboretum*), we will connect with, and celebrate the Sacral Chakra through a variety of practices that are intended to inspire movement, meditation, reflection and joy. This experience will include:✨ 🧡 creating a sacred altar✨🧡 experience a sound bath &amp; gentle yoga movement intended to awaken your Sacral Chakra led by @marleneboyette of @leelayogawellness ✨🧡 Have the opportunity to experience a Reiki session with @d_artofyoga ✨🧡 Have the opportunity to have your cards ready by @starfield.energies ✨🧡 Enjoy a selection of treats intended to support Sacral Chakra awakening✨🧡 Goodie bags provided by @yoursistasbodega ✨🧡 Additional items (crystals, handcrafted energy cleansing &amp; wellness products) will be available for purchase on site*.✨✨🧡Tickets are available for AUGUST 8 via eventbrite, please access the LinkTree in my profile. The final experience of this series is on Sunday, August 29. 🧡✨✨The Sacral Chakra is the second of the body’s seven main chakras. This energy center, located about 2 inches below the belly button, is directly connected to your pleasure, passion, creativity, self expression, sensual + sexual energy / power, and relating to both our own emotions and the emotions of others.When the Sacral Chakra is balanced it radiates warmth, a sense of confidence, and generosity. Intimacy takes place with ease, relationships are healthy and one will feel inspired.When the Sacral Chakra is out of balance a person may experience feelings of fear, overwhelm, depression, emotional instability, loss of creativity, and disconnection from their true sexual power.NOTE: This event is open to all, but prioritizes BIPOC bodies &amp; lives.
