SilvoCulture is a non-profit based in Myersville, MD whose mission is to help plant one million nut trees in the Mid-Atlantic region. SilvoCulture hosts educational events and workshops to help people learn more about growing nut trees ecologically and economically.

Join us for an afternoon farm tour, chestnut harvest and free lunch to learn about agroforestry practices, from alley cropping and windbreaks to productive tree crops!Field day will be held in Mercersburg, PA. Exact location shared upon registration.Please wear closed-toe shoes and bring water. This field day is made possible with support from the Edwards Mother Earth Foundation (EMEF) through the Catalyzing Agroforestry Grant Program and hosted in collaboration with Pasa Sustainable Agriculture.
