This magical modality created by Jill, Burlesquercise is a fun, low impact, dance fitness class, suitable for all ability levels.
Pulling from many different dance genres, we stretch, shake, and move our bodies in ways that make us feel good and look HOT!

Is this workshop for women only?

Yes, for the safety and comfort of participants, cis/trans women or femme presenting only.

What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

Please bring a water bottle and dress as sexy as you dare! Tight or tiny clothes are encouraged, as they help you see your body better, (yoga wear, sports bras, booty shorts, costumes, fringe, fishnets, etc). Please stay barefoot to protect the new dance floor. Character heels okay if comfortable.
