The Flatiron/23rd Street Partnership presents eight weeks of outdoor fitness classes  in collaboration with local studios and gyms.

<h3> WeFlowHard® Vinyas | <a href="https://www.y7-studio.com/flatiron/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Y7 Studio</a></h3>Open to all levels, WeFlowHard® Vinyasa is Y7’s signature class designed to help take your practice to the next level. The instructor will guide you through vinyasa sequences, each repeated 3 times. The 1st time through the sequence, the instructor will break down the alignment in each posture. The 2nd time through, you will repeat the same sequence, speeding things up to link one-breath to one-movement. Finally, you will have the opportunity to take that sequence on your own during our signature “Flow On Your Own” portion of class. This is where the sequence becomes yours. Add in challenges, try modifications, or take out any postures that don&#x27;t serve you. Classes are paced to the beat of the music to drive the breath, with tracks from varied artists and genres. We flow together, we flow hard.This class is donation-based. 100% of the donation amount will be directed to the studio. Donations are not required to participate, but they are very much appreciated. Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign. To save time, please sign our electronic waiver prior to class. For vaccinated attendees, masks are welcome, but not required. </li></ul><ul><li>Donation Refund Policy: Due to limited class size, please submit cancellation and refund requests at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to try to fill the spot. You may cancel by emailing info@flatirondistrict.nyc. Subject line &quot;Refund Request”. Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the class will not be refunded and will be donated to the studio. </li></ul>
ABOUT <a href="https://www.y7-studio.com/flatiron/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Y7 YOGA</a>
Y7 Studio is sweat dripping, beat bumping, candlelit yoga. All studios are heated to 80-90 degrees using state-of-the-art infrared technology, which helps create a detoxifying sweat that stimulates blood circulation and increases flexibility. Classes are paced to the beat of the music to drive the breath, with tracks from varied artists and genres. We practice in a dark, candlelit room with no mirrors to encourage you to turn your focus inward and explore your individual practice. We flow together, we flow hard.

The Flatiron/23rd Street Partnership Business Improvement District, formed in 2006, is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to enhance the reputation of Flatiron and NoMad as two of New York&#x27;s most vital and exciting neighborhoods. This is accomplished by maintaining a clean and safe environment for the district&#x27;s businesses, residents, and visitors; by spearheading area improvement projects; and by marketing the diverse business and retail options in this vibrant and historic area.
