The Flatiron/23rd Street Partnership presents eight weeks of outdoor fitness classes in collaboration with local studios and gyms.

<h3>Gluteus Maxout | <a href="https://www.lifetime.life/life-time-locations/ny-23rd-street.html?utm_source=google&amp;utm_medium=local&amp;utm_campaign=google-local" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Life Time</a></h3>This Life Time signature format focuses on movements that target and strengthen the muscles in and around your legs and glutes, with a little cardio included throughout to challenge your aerobic capacity.This class is donation-based. 100% of the donation amount will be directed to the studio. Donations are not required to participate, but they are very much appreciated. Although preferred, mats not required. All participants must fill out and sign the release and waiver in order to participate. Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign. To save time, please sign our electronic waiver prior to class. For vaccinated attendees, masks are welcome, but not required. </li></ul><ul><li>Donation Refund Policy: Due to limited class size, please submit cancellation and refund requests at least 48 hours before a scheduled class.
