The Elm’s design and way of life provides residents with a symmetric experience where work, play, wellness, and convenience are of equal importance. </p><p>Inspired by our focus on wellness and to celebrate our grand opening, we invite you to join us for our weekend-long Wellness Retreat, “Be Well at The Elm,” on Saturday, June 26 and Sunday, June 27. </p><p>We are thrilled to celebrate wellness with you. We have compiled a star-studded list of fitness instructors and panelists throughout the retreat who embody what we stand for here at The Elm.</p><p></p><h1>Saturday, June 26</h1><h1></h1><h2>Morning Flow with Alix Montes | 9 AM – 10 AM </h2><p>Join us for a Morning Flow with popular fitness instructor, Alix Montes, on The Elm’s Terrace Seventeen. Alix Montes aims to make yoga accessible to practitioners of all levels, while providing a challenge that will push any athlete out of their comfort zone. </p><p></p><h2>HIIT &amp; Boxing Class with Mona Lavinia | 11 AM – 11:45 AM</h2><p>Join us for a 45-minute invigorating workout with Performance Coach, Mona Lavinia, on The Elm’s Terrace Seventeen. This HIIT and boxing class will empower you through movement. </p><p></p><h2>Eat Well, Live Well | 2 PM - 3 PM</h2><p>Join us for a panel discussion on The Elm’s Skybridge with moderator  Nycci Nellis, Producer of The List Are You on It, Foodie and The Beast, and Industry Night Podcast. We will discuss the importance of nutrition with three panelists, including Esosa E. aka The Raw Girl, Nutritionist and Author, Amy Waldman, Founder and Director of Puree Artisan Juice, and Rachel Gabauer, Dietitian Nutritionist at Tepper Nutrition.</p><p></p><h2>Sunset Cycling with Sunny Mae | 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM</h2><p>Join HUSTLE DC Founder, Sunny Mae, for sunset cycling on The Elm’s Terrace Seventeen. </p><p>HUSTLE DC is a collaboration of individuals determined to live all aspects of life fiercely, passionately, and unapologetically. Cycling classes are offered both virtually and in person.</p><p>*Please bring your own cycling shoes.</p><p></p><h1>Sunday, June 27</h1><h2></h2><h2>Wake Up with Wellness: Morning Meditation | 9 AM – 9:45 AM</h2><p>Join Recharj instructor, Tanya Saunders, for a special breathwork experience on The Elm’s Terrace Seventeen. The class will help you access a deeper state of consciousness, engage in transformative healing, and leave you with an expanded sense of self. </p><p>*Please bring your own yoga mat.</p><p></p><h2>Beauty from the Inside Out | 11 AM – 12 PM</h2><p>Join us for a panel discussion on The Elm’s Skybridge. Moderated by NBC reporter Jummy Olabanji, we will discuss beauty from the inside out with three panelists, including Kimberly Smith, Co-Founder of the Brown Beauty Co-Op, Jen Jean-Pierre, a Washington, D.C. fashion and lifestyle blogger, and Sorelle Cooper, an OVME Advanced Medical Aesthetic Injector.</p><p></p><h2>Live Green with Rewild DC | 2 PM – 3 PM</h2><p>Join us for an interactive workshop with Rewild DC on The Elm’s Terrace Seventeen! Participants will receive kits that includes all materials to assemble their very own desert terrarium.
