Join us for some restorative nature-based activities as we explore the interconnectedness of nature and well being. This series will be presented by the <a href="https://www.natureinformedtherapy.org/" title="https://www.natureinformedtherapy.org/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Center for Nature Informed Therapy | CNIT</a>, specialists in integrating the healing power of the natural world into mental health practices.
