Join us and thousands of other motivated members of the waterfront community by signing up for our HarborFit classes! Whether you attend a yoga class or a forest bathing experience, you’ll feel fresh and energized as you get active on the water.

End your day at Piers Park with a yoga class overlooking spectacular views of Boston Harbor as the sun sets around you. Give your body some love with all-levels flow sequences designed to stretch your body from head to toe. Each class is taught by certified instructor Casey Silvia.Under current guidelines:<ul><li>Class is limited to 20 students</li><li>Bring your own mat or towel, and water</li><li>Mats must be placed 6 ft. apart</li></ul>This class is free, but we ask that you register in advance. Meet <a href="https://goo.gl/maps/W9sJ23rbdXgssAAt6" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">at the amphitheater</a>, near the large flag pole in the middle of the park. About the instructor: Casey Silvia is a resident of Jeffries Point and registered yoga teacher (RYT-200). She completed her training with Soma Yoga Institute in Costa Rica and has been teaching in East Boston ever since. Casey aims to offer classes that are accessible to practitioners of all levels and is always happy to suggest modifications and options for various poses. Through thoughtful sequencing, she encourages her students to listen to what their body needs, move mindfully, and connect deeply with themselves.
