Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned runner, our runs are designed for all paces — walk a mile, jog, or run the full 3 miles.

What’s Included:

✅ Guided warm-up led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy

✅ Choice of 1-mile walk or 3-mile run

Important:📋 All participants must sign our waiver and present the waiver the day of the event before running, it can be found on Miami Run Club
