Are children invited?

This event is designed for alumni, family and friends over age 18. Children are asked to sit this event out and join us for the Block Party (Saturday 10/4)  and Worship (Sunday 10/5).

How can I become a sponsor?

We have a range of sponsorship levels available and welcome your partnership! Contact the CRCS PVO (Parent Volunteer Organization) at PVO@crcs.org for more information.

Question 3

What time should I arrive?

We would love for guests to arrive on time (6pm) and stay with us through the close of the event (9pm). We have a full evening of celebration planned and want to be sure that you don't miss out!!

Question 4

What is the refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Tickets are final sale and we are unable to issue refunds for tickets purchased to our fundraiser gala. While we will miss you at the event, we will honor your donation by gifting your ticket to a CRCS teacher or staff member. Please be sure to let us know if you will not be attending.
