This event brings together leaders from Minnesota’s business community who have moved beyond compliance to create workplaces that are truly inclusive of people with disabilities.Through an engaging panel discussion, you’ll hear firsthand from employers who have translated disability inclusion training, consulting, and awareness into real, meaningful change for their teams, their customers, and their communities. From accessible hiring practices to inclusive design and cultural transformation, our panelists will share the breakthroughs and lessons that reshaped their approach to accessibility.Whether you’re just beginning your disability inclusion journey or seeking to deepen your organization’s commitment, this event will offer practical insights, inspiration, and real-world examples to help you move from intention to action.Who Should Attend:Everyone is welcome at the Disability Inclusion Breakfast, especially HR leaders, people managers, DEIA professionals, and business decision-makers who want to make their workplaces more inclusive of people with disabilities.
