It&#x27;s fast and it&#x27;s fun. Utilizing HIIT style circuits using your own body weigh, and small props, this class offers full body fitness ALL while being adjustable to your fitness level. Classes will be held outside in the River Green, located near Shake Shack. Events will continue to have limited capacity which will be strictly enforced. Reservations are required, no walk-ins are allowed.
