Yes! Breakfast, lunch, snacks, and beverages are all provided free of charge.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

We've got you covered, as long as we know in advance. Please contact our conference director at Emily.Woodall@nva.com or text 417-861-8082 if you have a dietary restriction. She will send you detailed instructions for receiving your meal. Restriction submissions are due no later than Friday, 1/2/26.
