Ready to scale up to larger production, but need advice?Join Josephine County Farm Collective food hub as we host OSU experts from the highly acclaimed Food Innovation Center for an immersive Product Development Workshop.Cost?: FREE (normally $350)This workshop will explore:<ul><li>Converting your recipe into a formula</li><li>Scaling up production of your product</li><li>Important food safety considerations</li><li>Writing a process flow chart</li><li>Understanding your product shelf life</li><li>Nutrition labeling</li><li>PLUS: Follow-up one-on-one consultation services available for all participants.</li></ul>Open to all farmers, producers, makers, and entrepreneurs in the area!
