These serve as the foundation for assessments, workshops, and consulting processes. Stefanie has earned a Master of Science in Organization and Management from Antioch University, where her thesis focused on trust and communications in virtual teams, and a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Clark University. Gwenn Rosener, Founder and Partner, FlexProfessionals is one of the co-founders of FlexProfessionals and oversees its strategy and business operations. She and her partners launched FlexProfesionals in 2010 with the mission of helping professionals seeking flexibility find part-time or remote work to stay in the workforce or return to it more rapidly after a career break. Over the past decade, FlexProfessionals has become a popular source of talent for start-ups and small businesses looking for affordable ways to staff for growth and for large companies looking for alternative sources of gender-diverse talent. Gwenn also writes and speaks on strategies for effectively recruiting, hiring and integrating flexible resources into organizations. Prior to co-founding FlexProfessionals, Gwenn spent nine years with Ernst &amp; Young’s management consulting practice focused on strategy, merger integration and business process reengineering. She started her career as an engineer with General Electric. She has a BS in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Virginia Tech, an MS in Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.Leanne Rodd, Director of Talent, FlexProfessionals leads recruiting and programming in the Boston Metro area for FlexProfessionals. She has more than twenty years of experience in learning and development, coaching, sales, marketing, and entrepreneurship. She is a founding member of the FlexProfessionals Boston location, working with small business owners to interview, hire, and onboard new employees. Leanne is an active member of the local community where she holds leadership positions including the Executive Board of the Arlington Chamber of Commerce. She has an MS in Training &amp; Development from Lesley University, a BA from the University of Vermont, and is a board-certified professional and career coach (BCC).
