Tom Burke Memorial Preserve

A BioBlitz is an effort to find and identify as many species as possible in a given place over a short time. Westchester Land Trust is partnering with Healthy Yards, and heading to WLT&#x27;s Tom Burke Preserve to document its biodiversity and share our love of community science. Enjoy a rare opportunity to visit the preserve after dark! We will shine a light behind a sheet to attract and learn about the moths and other night-flying insects living there. WLT&#x27;s preserve manager, John Zeiger, will be leading this event.If you register and cannot attend, please be respectful and cancel your tickets so that we may contact those on the waitlist.
