What are examples of topics to bring?

Let's say you want to talk about what's happening in Gaza this week or the lyrics of a new song that has you stuck or a post that brought back old memories. These are some ideas.

Is this like group therapy?

It's the pre-contemplative phase when you may not need therapy but rather a safe space among people you don't call friends or family to candidly talk about common feelings.
