<p>This child-centered workshop blends playful creativity with emotional wellness in a fun and supportive space. Children will learn simple mindfulness techniques such as deep breathing and sensory awareness while exploring the expressive world of decoupage. Each hands-on activity is thoughtfully designed to foster self-regulation, boost confidence, and spark joy. Participants will leave with beautiful, personalized creations and meaningful tools to help them navigate emotions with greater ease and awareness.Ideal for ages 7–15. No prior crafting experience needed.</p>
