Act.</h2><p>______________________________________________________________</p><h1>The Pros Talk Measurement: Finding the Real 'S' in Social Impact</h1><p>Understanding the importance of accountability towards achieving results and telling the story of impactful programming should be based on rigorous and verifiable data, for both CSR and ESG. Monitoring (measuring), and evaluation is not just about crunching numbers, analyzing indicators, and getting results. Nadine is an accomplished international humanitarian and development professional with a twenty-five-year progressive track record of working strategically and operationally across organizations to successfully build relationships, lead teams and programs, identifying opportunities, providing expert advice to senior decision-makers, and fostering prosperous business development environments. </p><p>Most recently, Nadine was the team lead and adviser to USAID's Africa Ebola Unit, responsible for Task Force operations, monitoring, tracking and coordination of programs across the Intra-agency and Interagency of approximately $2.4 billion supporting the USG Strategy on Ebola. This also included performance monitoring and evaluation of activities under Pillar II of the Strategy focused on recovery and USAID’s Journey to Self-Reliance; strategic planning and management of recovery efforts in support of governance and economic crisis mitigation for the largest global Ebola outbreak in history to date.</p><p><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/richard-columbia-phd-82aa9a11/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"><strong>Dr. Richard Columbia</strong></a> has 30 years of experience working across 65 countries in the design, funding, implementation, management, and utilization for research, monitoring, evaluation, and learning (RMEL). He has extensive experience with RMEL system design, implementation, and management including third-party monitoring, program evaluations; evidence-based programming design and learning, and organizational capacity development in RMEL. </p><p>Dr. Columbia has held senior RMEL leadership positions on the  MEL Projects, the United Nations, and International Non-governmental Organizations including International Planned Parenthood Federation, International Youth Foundation, Pathfinder International, and CARE. He has supported projects funded by Microsoft, Cisco Systems, OraSure, and Panasonic.  Dr. Columbia holds a PhD. in Applied Anthropology from a USA university. Dr. Columbia is 3P for Humanity’s  Senior Vice President of RMEL.  </p>

The previous record, in Q3, was 79 companies in Q3. </p><p><a href="https://go.3blmedia.com/e/37792/-Global-ESG-Q1-Flow-Report-pdf/5srzpg/804788901?h=Gb5IWrkfGpIdILL2GJ2Es7UA-uX5UFfLjtmrLn_5mcE" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Morningstar’s sustainability research team</a> found that global investor demand for ESG stood strong and proved resilient amid the COVID-19 market sell-off.</p><p>Nine out of 10 U.S. workers would take a pay cut for a job they feel has meaning, <a href="https://go.3blmedia.com/e/37792/ney-to-do-more-meaningful-work/5srzpj/804788901?h=Gb5IWrkfGpIdILL2GJ2Es7UA-uX5UFfLjtmrLn_5mcE" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">according to a study from BetterUp</a>.</p><p>Among consumers, nearly eight in 10 Americans (79 percent) say they are more loyal to purpose-driven brands than traditional brands and nearly three-quarters (73 percent) are more willing to defend them, according to the <a href="https://go.3blmedia.com/e/37792/search-blog-2018-purpose-study/5srzpl/804788901?h=Gb5IWrkfGpIdILL2GJ2Es7UA-uX5UFfLjtmrLn_5mcE" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Cone/Porter Novelli Purpose Study. </a></p>
