A weekly midweek Ecstatic Dance gathering in Sarasota designed as your reset point in the week—no waiting for the weekend. This is a barefoot, freeform movement experience with a live DJ sound journey where you can move as much or as little as feels right, from full expression to quiet rest.
Each week follows a gentle arc of music, meditation, and open dance in a safe, welcoming space for all ages and backgrounds. Come to move, release, play, reflect, create, or simply be held by music and community—online or in person.
